In the account linked to the email you are using on the forum I can only find an old unsupported Trados 2011. Unfortunately the licensing technology has been decommissioned for Trados 2007, Trados Studio 2009, 2011 and 2014. Therefore, license activation, deactivation and license resets will no longer work on these versions.
