Dear all,
I'd like to deactivate my Trados Studio 2019 Freelance as to move it to another computer. However in Studio I get an error message:
"Deactivation failed. Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. - De externe server heeft een fout geretourneerd:(403) Niet toegestaan."
When I try to deactivate from my RWS account, the page goes into a loop as soon as I hit the "Licenses and subscriptions" button and nothing happens after that. Any ideas how I can move my Studio?
