I bought a monthly subscription, and in the online RWS homepage account it is active, but when I start my desktop Trados Studio 24 and login, it says I don't have an active subscription. What do do??

Ok, problem solved, in the meantime it recognises my subscription. In the popup menu there were somehow 2 accounts under the same name (even though i have only one?)

Hi Tamas Barta,
You activated today a subscription for Trados Freelance - Annual - Annual subscription with monthly payments, not a monthly subscription.
The reason you saw the two clients to select from in the dropdown is that you had a trial for the Monthly subscription plan in March, that's the second client you are seeing.
Reactivating the subscription and selecting the new plan, you have the new subscription client to select in the dropdown for the plan that is active now.
