We made re-installation of Trados Studio 2019, reset the licence and then tried to do offline activation with:

What Windows are you on?
If you have Windows 11 try these steps first:
In Windows search bar type "Device Manager" and open it and then go to: Network Adapters - Action - Add Legacy Hardware - Install the hardware that I manually select from a list - Network adapters - Choose a network adapter (Microsoft > Microsoft KM -Test).
Then try again offline activation: www.youtube.com/watch
Follow the video please as part of the activation procedure is done from Trados and part from your RWS Account.
