I need to have both my licenses to Trados Studio Freelance Plus 2015 released. There is no way to do it. I can't find a way to raise a ticket without paying for support. I already paid $1000 for the software and I just need my licenses released to add them again to new computers.

This is a public forum so I have deleted the image. Normally you would deactivate the licenses on your old computer first and then they would become available for you to resuse. If you could not do this for some reason then go to the Knowledgebase;

Then go to the tab called Solution Finder and now here;

Also use the Chrome browser to log the case if you have it; you'll get more success in completing the form, and make sure your email address is entered correctly or nobody will be able to get back in touch with you.
