Is Studio 2011 installable on a fresh Windows 10 machine?

I get a System.Core.dll missing error when trying to install on Surface Pro 4 with Windows 10 Pro 64 bit.
The one that I had installed on a separate Windows 7 machine upgraded to 10 is running without problem.
I was able to install Studio 2015 successfully, but I want to also use 2011 on the same machine.
Is this possible?

Why do you want to run Studio 2011 in parallel to Studio 2015? Studio 2015 can do everything the former version does and is compatible with packages from other versions, so I can't see any good reason why you should need to run two versions in parallel.

In addition, if you purchased 2015 as an upgrade, you will not be able to activate your Studio 2011 because you don't have a license for it anymore (purchasing an upgrade means that you lose the right to still use the previous version).

I upgraded to 2015 because I wanted to use the new features and would like to use it all the time if I can, but I have the following problem with it that prevents me.
I use AutoHotkeys to move the cursor without leaving the home position on the keyboard. I have it set up to move the cursor left or right by typing Alt+j or l for example. This is really handy when writing text and works on any program without problem except Studio 2015. In Studio 2015, the Alt key acts as modifier key and conflicts my AutoHotkeys. This was not a problem with 2011.
So I am still using 2011 most of the time even though I upgraded.

Also, I upgraded to 2015 around November last year, but am still able to download, reinstall, get authorized and use both 2011 and 2015 on my old computer with no problem.
