I can not activate studio 2015 code online and offline

Hi,

I am new customer.  

I have installed Trados studio 2015 and I have activation conde from my account on web sit e and from email.

Expiry Date: 13-03-2016

Order: xxxxxx

Installed ID does not show so that I can not activate.

I am urgently need to investigate TM from localization c ompany therefore we purchase product.  Please help me asap!

Also, my support is not active some reason.  We have purchased 1 year support.

    I edited your post... good to note that this is a publicly available forum so you may not wish to share your personal details.

    On your problem... you seem to be putting the Studio activation code into the Passolo application. They are not the same thing. Go and check your account and you'll find you have more than one activation code for each product.
