The activation of the fulfillment is denied by the activation policy because max extra acts exceeded # 9223-705834 (Error code 50040).

 I upadated my PC from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 this week-end. As a result, Trados 2007 shows the error message above. I think I should have returned the licence BEFORE the update. But what can I do now? When I click on "Return the licence" in my SDL user portal, nothing happens. Does anyone know what to do? I contacted SLD this week-end but so far I have no answer and I would need my licence right now. Thank you!
