Trados 2007 won't open

Hi! I would have a question regarding a Trados 2007.  Trados 2007 has problems in our Citrix XenApp 5 environment. Most recent FLexLM License server is installed in Citrix Xenapp server and two licenses available in license server. The problem is that we can't open two different sessions of Trados at the same time? In the Citrix XenApp server there is no any kind of session limit or restrictions on place and Trados 2007 is published like any other programs which are working okay so it can't be the issue. Also the problem can't be in user permissions because users are in same security group which has permission to use this published application. The problem is also not in licencing server, because then the program usually opens and says Demo mode. The problem is that when there are two users and both try to open Trados 2007, the program does not open at all for one of them. Do you know any solution to this?

    Trados 2007 is pretty old now, and hasn't been supported for a while, so the pool of knowledge on resolving problems with this is getting low!  I wanted to answer your question so you didn't think you were being ignored... I think people probably just don't know, or don't remember.

    I had a quick look in the knowledgebase and there is an article here that talks about enhancements to Trados with SDL Trados 2007 Suite where there is support for multiple users in a citrix environment.  Perhaps this is related to your problem?  Are you using the last known version of Trados 2007?
