Hello, I recently upgraded to Studio 2015 FP and successfully activated my license after installing it on a new Windows 10 PC but now my license is expired. I can't deactivate the license offline because I can't get past the Product Activation screen. How can I deactivate and re-activate my license?

You always need to return your license first if you want to use it again on a different computer, otherwise it remains activated. So you have two activations on your plus license and they are both in use. If you forget, or can't do it because your old computer crashed or was stolen for example then you need to log a case with our licensing team using the Licensinig & Installation only route:
To save time I have just reset your license, but you should know what to do if this happens again.
