Studio 2015 Plus 'License Expired'

Hi,

I purchased Studio 2015 Plus and activated it on 26/10/2015. Studio will not launch, displaying the Product Activation dialog: License Expired.

I am using the same desktop PC/OS and my original Studio 2015 installation, which was working normally several days previously.

Is there a reason why my license has Expired when there is No expiry date? Also, if I reactivate using my current license, will I lose my valid additional license that I have purchased?

    For licensing or installation issues that prevent you from working we have a route for all customers to get help. You need to log a case with our support team and they will reset the license for you. This can be achieved really quickly using this link:

    Just fill in the form and submit it. If you can, use the Chrome browser to log the case, you'll get more success in completing the form, and make sure your email address is entered correctly or nobody will be able to get back in touch with you.
