Hello,
I can't open my Studio 2009 anymore because of an error with the plug-ins. So I would like to uninstall and reinstall it on the same computer. I heard that I must return my licence for this, but the forced return for Studio 2009 doesn't seem available and I never found the links for the forms to contact SDL. On kb.sdl.com I find no form, neither in the 2015 nor in the 2009 section.
Could anyone please told me the exact link to make my request or to tell me what else I can do?
