problem with license

Hi,

a few days ago I activated my one license. Now I'm entering for the second time and, apparently, Trados has reverted to the trial mode, as if I had not entered the license. The license appears to be in use, so I cannot reenter it, but the trial mode expired long ago, so I cannot access trhe program to deactivate my license. What should I do?

Thanks for your help.

  • Hello
    Please go to: www.sdl.com/.../
Under "Translation Productivity" select "Installation and Licensing Help"
    Fill in all your details

    Thanks
  • Hi Valentina,

You didn't mention the version of "Trados" you are using?

For Trados and Studio 2009 you can reset your own license:
Go to KB article #4295 ( kb.sdl.com/.../article ) and follow the instructions.

For Studio 2011 & Studio 2014 you can reset your own license:
Go to KB article #5196 ( kb.sdl.com/.../article ) and follow the instructions.

For Studio 2015 you need to log a case with our support team and they will reset the license for you. This can be achieved really quickly using this link:

    http://support.xl8.one/

Just fill in the form and submit it. If you can, use the Chrome browser to log the case, you'll get more success in completing the form, and make sure your email address is entered correctly or nobody will be able to get back in touch with you.

    Regards

    Paul
