Hi all,

I've already asked that question on proz, but the solution I received didn't work, unfortunately. I hope this is the place to ask.
I've been trying to install Trados Studio 2014 SP2, but I get the following message: "The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2503." When I press OK I get another message, exactly the same but for the number, this time it is 2502. So I press OK again and it says "Update failed. Fatal error during installation."
I've looked for it on kb.sdl.com, but couldn't find anything about that particular error code. Has anyone had such a problem and managed to solve it?
I work on Win8 with Win Defender if it helps.
