Today, I opened my Studio 2015 and my licence that has no expiry was announced expired. I looked up my account and the status there was unchanged - one licence activated, one free. I "reactivated" my Studio - what else could I do when I need to work - but now the account shows both licences activated which is obviously not the case. How please do I free one licence (I may need it one day out of the blue, but SDL is denying it to me for no acceptable reason..) ? (I have screenshots for everything but I do not see how to attach them here.)
