I bought an upgrade from SDL Studio 2014 Freelance plus to 2015 by credit Card on March 24, 2016. The amount was debited from my Card on March 29, 2016.
The order is listed in my account as paid by credit Card with a Balance of Zero.
Still, the licence is not listed in my account in "Licences", and I therefore cannot get an activation key, neither online nor offline. I still have to use the Trial Version and I am getting nervous....
I wrote several mails to order processing, but they only told me again and again to look into "Licences" in my account. But its's just not there. When I press "Look for Upgrades", I get the Response: No data available,
Can you please help me!
