I bought an upgrade to Trados Studio Professional and upgraded the licence online (in my account) without deactivating the old licence on my computer. Now I cannot deactivate the old licence (Trados Studio Freelance 2015) to activate the Professional licence. Does anybody know what to do now? Thank you in advance!
