Urgent deactivation of license for SLD Trados Studio Professional (Single User) needed !

My version is SDL Trados Studio Professional (Single User) 2011.
I have two laptops and I have activated my license in both computers at some point this year and last year. At this moment my license is deactivated in BOTH. However, when I try to activate it in either I get a message that reads that the license it is still registered by SDL for another computer, while it is NOT. Not sure what has happened. Could you please deactivate it for me ASAP?

    ok - then you should log a case for this. I can sort this for 2015 using the new licensing system but not for 2011 I'm afraid. It will have to be the licensing team. For licensing or installation issues that prevent you from working we have a route for all customers to get help. This can be achieved using this link:

    Just fill in the form and submit it. If you can, use the Chrome browser to log the case, you'll get more success in completing the form, and make sure your email address is entered correctly or nobody will be able to get back in touch with you.

    I'm not sure whether anyone will be available until Monday now but give it a try.
