Studio 2015 FL active license expired.

Question

Hi,
I bought Studio 2015 FL 2 months ago and have been using it since then without a problem. I opened it today, and it says my license has expired. I go to my SDL account and it says there is one license in use. When I copy/paste the code into the activation field, I get an error saying 'Activation failed. Activation not allowed as remaining quantity is 0.' I cannot get into Studio at all now.
I've tried to submit this to support.xl8.one but get an error when I click 'Submit Request'. Is there a phone number I can call? I am located in the Netherlands.

Probably worth trying a different browser... I find chrome works best. However, now you mention it here I have just reset your license so please try again. 
 
It's worth noting that if you move computers, or rebuild your computer for example then you should always return your license first and then it will be available when you reinstall.

Do it from your current Studio by going to "Help - Product Activation". 
Once you returned the license, this will be reflected in your customer account under "Licenses" by showing the status of the license as being "Available", but this is only for information, i.e. to allow you to check the status of a license.
