Sudden Access denied to Trados studio freelance 2014

Question

Hi. I have an urgent problem. Suddenly I cannot log in on Trados studio Freelance 2014, a popup-window declares that my license has expired, and it has not. I have as usual several jobs on line. What should I do?

Thank you for your answer. I had however solved the problem already by changing some settings in my security service. Very odd, because I don´t use Trados online, but it worked. Best regards again, Kerstin

Hi Kerstin, 
 
You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for SDL Trados 2011 and SDL Trados Studio 2014. 
 
Go to KB article #5196 ( kb.sdl.com/.../article ) and follow the instructions.
