SDL Trados 2011 code activation wizard doesn't run

Question

SDL Trados professional (single user) and MultiTerm 2011 on Windows 7 32 bits 
 The code activation wizard doesn't run long enough to enter the licence code, the window doesn't appear completely, and some part are blank. I have already tried two methods I found here. 
 
 Is there anything that can be done to start the software ?

If reinstalling doesn't help (that would seem the first thing worth trying) then you should raise a case. For licensing or installation issues that prevent you from working we have a route for all customers to get help. This can be achieved really quickly using this link:

Just fill in the form and submit it. If you can, use the Chrome browser to log the case, you'll get more success in completing the form, and make sure your email address is entered correctly or nobody will be able to get back in touch with you.
