Impossible to start my SDL Trados Studio Starter Edition

Question

Hi, 
 I&rsquo;m not able to start my Trados Studio 2015 Starter Edition since today. 
 I get the following message : &laquo; Le chemin d&rsquo;acc&egrave;s n&rsquo;a pas une forme conforme &raquo;. 
 Can someone help me?

Hi Geneviève, 
 
It sounds like a permissions issue, but I'm not sure why. Perhaps try a reset? Rename this folder (just add _old to the end or something, it's not important what you rename it to) and restart Studio: 
 
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\12.0.0.0

Just fill in the form and submit it. If you can, use the Chrome browser to log the case, you'll get more success in completing the form, and make sure your email address is entered correctly or nobody will be able to get back in touch with you.

It sounds to me as though you are having some internet connectivity issues, but please do log a case as I suggested.
