Windows 10 upgrade and Trados 2009

Question

Just upgraded to Windows 10 and Trados Studio 2009 deactivated. I get an error message 'The activation of the fulfillment is denied by the activation policy because fulfill count exceeded the seat count # 0880-93532 (Code de l'erreur : 50040)' when trying to activate it... any suggestion?

Hi Christel, 
 
I guess you didn't return your license and now you have used all your available activations. You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for SDL Trados 2007 and SDL Trados Studio 2009. 
 
Go to KB article #4295 ( kb.sdl.com/.../article ) and follow the instructions.
