How to reset Studio 2015 license which has already been deactivated by me but doesn't show like that in SDL account under "my License"?

Hi,

Yesterday, I had to switch my old PC to a new one.

I deactivated both "Studio 2015" and "Passalo Essential 2011" licenses properly from the old PC through "help -->Deactivate license" chain.

When I tried to install and run "Studio 2015" on the new PC, it would not allow me license activation - saying no license is available..

To my surprise, I found in my SDL account under "my license" that whereas the Passalo license has been correctly deactivated and available for installation on the new PC, the license for Studio 2015 is still recorded there as being in use and thus not available for installation on the new PC.

Going back to the old PC and trying to deactivate Studio 2015 there again, I got the message "license abgelaufen" (License expired) and also prompted me to activate it.

But of course this can't be done because in my SDL account, under "my license", officially it is still recorded as in use.

So, something went wrong. On my old PC the Studio 2015 license has expired because I deactivated it, - but it has not been reset in my SDL account.

How can I proceed to recover my license please?

By the way, I am/was using Studio 2015, SR2 Freelance version.

Thanks for your help in advance

Best regards
