How to obtain a License File from my account page?

I have Trados 2007 Freelance and was using it in my previous PC which crashed 5 or 6 years ago.
On my new PC which belongs to my company, I had my license 'Force Returned' from my account page, and installed softwares again.
However, I can still use only a trial ver. due to an server error '50041' occuring when trying to connect the software with my license.
So, I want to try to activate my license using a License File.
Some website says that we can download the license file from independent's account page, but I cannot find any of the related button or description.

Could you please give me some advise how I can activate my license using the License File?
Or, is there any other reasons why I cannot successfully activate my license, such as securiry problem??

Could you please state the exact version of the SW that you have, because your indications are confusing. There is no product called "Trados 2007 Freelance".

Alos, you are mentioning that you cannot connect to a license server, which seems to indicate that you have a Studio Professional network license. If that is the case and you cannot connect to the server, then you need to troubleshoot why you cannot connect to the license server with the help of the IT people who run the license server, and first make sure this license server has the proper licenses you need (e.g.version as the licensing SW changed between Studio 2014 and Studio 2015).

If all this fails, you can still open a ticket by going to support.xl8.one.

    Thank you for your comments.
The exact name of the product is 'SDL Trados 2007 Freelance'.
When I try to activate online with my license, the error message 'Could not contact activation server (Error code 50041)' shows up.
As there are other choices for activation; by connecting to the local license server or using license files, I want to try the activation by license files.

The installation guide says that I can download my license file from my account page, but I still cannot fine the related-link for that.
Is there anything I can do to activate my license?

Sorry, you are right, the word "Freelance" put me on a wrong track as I did not remember that the old Trados Workbench software also had a "Freelance" version.

So, it seems that you are using the old previous generation software "Trados 2007 Freelance". You have to check which license type you got for this software in your account. If it is "Activation code", which is the most probable, you cannot activate the software using a license file. if i remember well, the activation mechanism using a "license file" had actually been dropped before the 2007 release of that software.
What does it say in your account under "Licenses". Does it show the license as "In use" or as "Available".

The error you are getting is probably due to connection problems to the SDL licensing server, so I would make sure that you can access the Internet.

As I said, if you can't solve the problem, open a support ticket as explained. Be aware however that this product is not supported anymore (since quite a long time BTW). It has been replaced more than 6 years ago with the new generation of product called "SDL Trados Studio".

Thank you again for your reply.
Under 'Licenses' in my account, it says Users: 1-2* In use: 1-1* Available: 0-1*.
I'm not quite sure what that really means though...
