How can I update SDL Trados 2011 service pack 2 refresh??

Question

I currently am using SDL Trados 2011, and it keeps telling me to update to it. BUT, when I log in My Account, it shows nothing. I am dying to update it since it's been 2 years for me to see this mesage! I didn't buy the serial number, but I'm using my company's serial number for this program. Should I log in using another account??

Hello Kyeol. 
 
If you didn't buy the program then you need to either be able to login using the same details as the company who owns the license, or ask your admin to download this version for you. Updates are automatically added to the account that owns the licenses.
