I have an available license, but cant change the trial version to the normal version of SDL Trados. How to do?
Hi Isabelle,
After checking your account I can see that you own Studio 2015 FL PLUS and that you last activated a license on the 23rd of last month.
I also see that you have active licenses for 2009 and 2007 Suite.
Could you kindly clarify which license you are referring to please.
