I activated my Freelance after using Starter a few days ago... Everything worked fine (eventually) and today I can't even open Trados I keep getting the same error message : 'An unexpected error has occurred while loading the global plug-in services'. Please help !!! I don't know what to do and have work to do... Very urgent ... Thank you

You may have to do a Studio reset and it might help. You didn't mention the version you are using so based on Studio 2015 rename this folder (just add _old to the end or something, it's not important what you rename it to) and restart Studio: 
 
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\12.0.0.0
