I purchased a license yesterday and to this time still unable to activate it since according to SDL Account license is in use. I read some entries on this forum and tried to escalate this issue using the following route: http://support.xl8.one/ but this online form or page is stil loading.
This is kind of awkward. Not really the kind of experience expected from a well-known software and company. I mean, i have been buying online apps and software since more than 10 years ago and if you pay almost 500 dollars for a license the least you can expect is that the product works as a breeze from the second it is "activated". I feel really dissapointed because it is no fun buying a software and experience a troubleshooting issue on installation.
