Can't activate second installation of Studio 2015 Freelance Plus

Hello Community,
I own a Studio 2015 Freelance Plus license. This license includes an adittional activation. One installation is running now on my laptop. I want to activate another installation on my desktop computer, but this fails with the message: "Activation not allowed as remaining quantity is 0." I don't understand this, I should have 2 activations available. What should I do?

Most likely you have used up your activations without returning a license when you were done, or you don't really have the Plus license. The thing would be to log a case and the licensing team will sort you out quickly whatever the reason for the issue. This can be achieved really quickly using this link:

Just fill in the form and submit it. If you can, use the Chrome browser to log the case, you'll get more success in completing the form, and make sure your email address is entered correctly or nobody will be able to get back in touch with you.
