Activation not allowed as remaining quantity is 0.

Question

I've just purchased SDL Trados Studio 2015. I couldn't activate none of the two activations because it says I have no more left. What can I do to activate it in my two computers?

In order to address this issue and have the licenses available once again you will require a license reset. 
For this to happen a support request is needed on your behalf. 
 
This can be done through our portal at kb.sdl.com 
Select “Solution Finder” 
- Licensing Problems 
- I use SDL Trados Studio 2015 / SDL Passolo 2015. 
- I need to have my license reset. 
- I followed the instructions in the KB articles, but the process did not work for me. 
 
Please make sure that you provide the e-mail that you have the license registered on or any relevant data.
