The computer on which my Trados Studio 2015 was installed is no longer working and I cannot deactivate my license in order to enable installation on a new PC. I have watched videos and read related user issues, but have not found a solution to this problem.
Furthermore, it is very frustrating trying to post a message because the thing keeps looping back to the related customer queries and there is no button to click stating that they do not answer my question. The only way is to avoid stating the exact problem in the subject line.
I do not have a PSMA. I need to have my license reactivated so that I can install my software that I paid for on my new PC.
