Unable to activate SDL Trados 2015 license

Question

My 1 year Starter license expired so I purchased a full Freelance license. I entered the product code in the online activation box and an empty popup box appeared with the only option to click "OK." (See picture below)

I clicked OK and the same product activation page was displayed requesting my input of an activation code, which didn't work because "activation failed Activation not allowed as remaining quantity is 0."

Upon contacting support they reset my license and suggested I try again.
I did but was faced with the same error.
Support are no longer responding.
I have now lost a day's work and will have to cancel a pending project unless I can get this sorted.
Any advise greatly appreciated.

Hello The support case is still opened with us and the engineer will follow-up with you shortly. In order to address this issue please close Studio and delete the information from the following locations: C:\ProgramData\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel RMS Development Kit\System and C:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio4\Data , specifically Studio.lic Once this is done and following a license reset from our side, you should be able to activate again. If the issue remains, please reply on the support case that you have already opened and we will schedule a remote session to investigate this further. Best wishes, Sorin

In this case you might require a license reset. To this extent please log a support case and we will be able to look into this and if needed investigate it further. 
You can log this trough your SDL account if you have a support agreement or trough our free license/installation support at: " gateway.sdl.com/webtocase"
