I have a license for Trados Studio 2011 Professional, but since I changed to Windows 8 a few weeks ago, I have not been able to install the software. An error message appears stating the following: "Package 'Microsoft Visual C ++ 2010 Redistributable' could not be installed. ''''' is not an existing, valid program path."

Has any of you encountered this error message when installing the software? and if so, please tell me how you solved i

Just as a test, I downloaded the trial version of Studio 2015, and the same message appears when trying to install this version.

Please, I need to solve this, as for now I am working with Studio 2011 on a "borrowed" computer, and I really need to get started on my own laptop.
