Trados Studio 2015 Freelance Plus license problem

Question

Hello, I have activated one of the licenses on June 25. Everything worked fine, but since yesterday Studio shows I have not activated it and it shows 11 days remaining. My SDL account shows I am using one license.

If you encounter licensing issues and require assistance please contact support. This can be done directly from your SDL account if you have a support contract or trough the free installation/licensing support at " gateway.sdl.com/webtocase".
