Activation failed after computer crash

I'm having a bit of a problem.

After my trial version of Studio 2015 had expired, I've purchased a license for single user.

I didn't download the software again, but activated the license on the trial version.

It was successful and was working for couple of minutes but then my computer crashed.

When I turned the computer on again, I launched the software and it requested the activation code.

The activation failed, it said "available quantity is: 0"

When I log in to my SDL account, it says that the software is in use, but I can't access it.

What should do? Thanks.

 

P.S. Also, I was trying to deactivate my license but it didn't work neither.
