I installed trados on July 17th and tried to activated it the same day, but it failed and the quantity left is o. Since I have nothing to deactivate, I really don't know what to do. I purchase trados 2015 freelance plus, there should be two tickets, but none is left there. I have a big project coming very soon, really need to make it work fast...

I have reset your license so it should be available to you now. If you have problems like this again the route to follow is to contact the licensing team. For licensing or installation issues that prevent you from working we have a route for all customers to get help. This can be achieved really quickly using this link:
