Unable to deactivate my Studio licence to reactivate it

The hard drive of my computer crashed, so I had to reinstall Studio 2015 SR-2 to a new hard drive. However, I cannot activate it as both of my licences are in use - how is that even possible when I've only ever installed Studio on one computer (the one with the crashed hard drive)? Apparently twice, though. I tried to deactivate the licences offline, but did not get a deactivation certificate and am now stuck in the "Deactivation initiated" phase. I did get the deactivation authorisation code, but that's about it. Under "Product activation", I do not have the option of selecting "Deactivate offline" as I have a trial version of Studio, so what should I do next?
