LICENSE EXPIRED??

Question

Dear SDL, My Trados does not let me in, saying LICENSE EXPIRED (it should not). Impossible then to deactivate online as I cannot access Trados. Tried deactivating online, received an email with the code but "error, pls log a service request". Error page from there. Please assist urgently.

I checked your account this morning and can see you have licenses available so I assume you did contact support and they resolved this for you? Just checking in case you had some other problem?

The best in such a case is to ask SDL to reset your license. You can do this by going to 
 
support.xl8.one 
 
Fill in the form and send it off. SDL support will then either reset the licence and inform you or get in touch with you.
