I purchased Studio 2015 Freelance Plus and installed it on my PC. Now I will install it on my laptop too but I do not have clear if the license must be deactivated before installing it on the second computer, or if this is not necessary and can install in both computers without deactivating first.

If you only activated one of your two Licences so far then you can activate the other computer without returning your licence first. That's the point of the Plus version... you can have two activated at the same time.
