activation not allowed as remaining quantity is 0

Question

I have had to reinstall Windows on my PC. I downloaded Trados Studio 2015 but I cannot activate it as I get the message "activation not allowed as remaining quantity is 0". Do I have to purchase Trados again? I only purchased it a few months ago!
