Question

I can't open it. Not even getting any error message.

Just navigate to the folder I showed you: 
 
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\12.0.0.0 
 
So now you are at a folder called "12.0.0.0". 
 
Rename that folder to "12.0.0.0_old" 
 
Restart Studio. 
 
If your problem is that you can't find that folder then you need to display hidden files and folders in Windows. This link should be helpful for you:

I think we need a little more to go on here... can you describe the steps you are taking and how you get? Did the install go ok? Have you ever been able to open the software? 
 
IOf yo really see nothing at all after a successful installation then you should log a support case. For licensing or installation issues that prevent you from working we have a route for all customers to get help. This can be achieved really quickly using this link:

ok - did you try a simple reset? 
 
Rename this folder (just add _old to the end or something, it's not important what you rename it to) and restart Studio: 
 
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\12.0.0.0 
 
That often cures all kinds of ills.
