I previously had SDL Trados 2015 Starter which expired and I just tried to activate my recently purchased full Trados 2015 Studio, but when I first put in the new activation code, an empty warning box appeared (no text, just an exclamation mark). I then tried the "activate offline" option with the certificate, and now in my SDL account under "Licenses" it says that it is in use and have 0 left, but when I try to open SDL Trados, I get the "license expired" message every time. This is highly frustrating considering I have just purchased the product, and, like many others, have important deadlines coming up!!!
