Deactivate licence to re-install Trados Studio Freelance 2015

Question

Hi, 
 I am a recent user of Trados, just go it last week and had to install it on a virtual machine on my mac and Windows 10 and so on... 
 Anyway, my computer had a problem, i could not edit any file again on Trados and decided to re-install it on another virtual machine. 
 Therefore I suppressed Trados without deactivating it (not smart I know). Now I want to re-install but obviously my product key is still in use !!! So i am stuck. 
 Can someone please help me, I have so much work to do, I am so late!

Dear Laetitia,

In order to reset your Studio 2015 Freelance license , please log in to your SDL online account/support then click on Licensing and Installation Help.
Fill in the request form and submit.
Once submitted our Support Team will be in contact with you as soon as possible.
