Hi guys,

I have a problem with installing Studio 2015.
I have purchased a new laptop/tablet (Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 500-15).
It has a 64-bit Windows 10, but I can't install Studio as there is some kind of a problem with Microsoft Visual C++ 2005.

Error Message: Error 1935 An error occured during the installation of assembly 'Microsoft.VC90.CRT,version="9.0.30729.6161",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",processorArchitecture="x86",type="win32"".

I contacted the support, they adviced to update the system with latest windows updates, then uninstall the already installed version of MV C++ 2005 (x86) and try to install it manually again. It didn't work.
Strangely enough, when I installed x64 version, studio installator was able to move on past the installation of 2005 version, but got stuck with the 2008 one. The same procedure didn't help.

Is there any way to solve this? I've managed to update to Windows 10 Anniversary edition.

Also, can somebody point me to where support cases can be found? I just can't find it anywhere on the support page. Or is it just done via e-mail?
