Blocked license in formatted PC

Hello,

I recently formatted my PC and didn't deactivate my Trados 2015 license.

Now, I installed Trados again in the formatted PC and my license is still in use, so I can't do anything.

I googled and so on, but didn't find anything. I just sent a contact form here in SDL.com, but haven't received any reply yet.

Any ideas?
