Licence expired for no reason!!

 Dear SDL, 

I tried to log on to my Studio 2015 today, but for no reason I get an error message that my licence has expired. However, I cannot activate it as sdl.com shows that my licence is active with unlimited expiry date. I have an urgent translation due and need to be able to log on to Studio. I tried to deactivate the licence and reactivate but I can't get this to work either. I've submitted a Support Case (00208581), but the message is that you will respond within 2 days! I need to be up and running with Studio before then!

Please help!
