Hi, I have a big problem: I have uploaded Trados 2017 and already had 2015. I had disactivated the key for Trados 2015, and install 2017 and entered the key in 2017 without any problem... but the huge problem is that the version for 2017 appears to be the trial version BUT my key appears as "activated" in my SDL account !! So I don't konw what to do now, as I can't disactivate the key (because it's simply appears as not activated in the software and I try to enter the key, it says that it's already used...). Could someone help me please?  I'm very worried about this problem. thanks
