I have checked your account and can see that the system had allowed you to purchase the wrong upgrade unfortunately.

Although you already had Freelance PLUS - the system allowed you to purchase the simple Freelance version-

I have mocked an image below so anyone with a similar issue can identify the problem by checking their order history

To release the upgrade you are entitled to- I will release the correct upgrade for you.

Once you get the confirmation- you can access your account and process as normal.

Should anyone else have similar issues, please contact me direct (NOT support- as this will cause unnecessary delays) and i will get this resolved for you.
