Activation problem with Trados 2017

I purchased Trados Studio 2017 and was able to download and install it. According to the e-mail instructions I should be able to use Studio 2015 and 2017 on the same computer (as it is the Freelance version). But this does not work. I was not able to activate Studio 2017 at all.

I then decided to deactivate my Studio 2015 version, but even though the program shows "deactivated", my account still shows "license in use" and no free license keys.

The offline deactivation is not working either and I am still unable to activate Studio 2017. So I am left with NO Trados Studio at all, as I know cannot activate my Studio 2015 either.

Has someone any idea as to what I am supposed to do? I paid good money for this program and am now unable to use either Studio 2015 as I cannot acitvate it, and 2017 only in trial version even though I purchased it!

Very disappointing!!
